We are looking for a high-achieving Projects Business Analyst with experience in delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments to compliment our central projects team. You will be required to work with all business units, analysing and defining business requirements, iro processes, technology and business change. This role will include managing the implementation of business change across the Group.
Review new and emerging technologies, identify suitability in line with the current/ future planned IT ecosystem and alignment to the Operations and IT strategy / TOM.
Working closely with all business units and the technical teams on a range of Business change projects.
Represent the project team and act as a change ambassador across the Group.
Engage in discussions and capture business requirements/ technical specs/process maps / in-depth data flows based on interaction with the business users.
Drive change across the Group and support the business units to deliver a range of business change projects so that business benefits are realised.
Exception reporting (Running various reports, highlighting areas of missing data and following up with the business to resolve the exception).
Design, execute and manage testing phases, including writing testing strategies/testing scripts / UAT procedures / conducting system testing.
Project Administration (Attending project status meetings, taking notes and actions).
Work with the business units to ensure a seamless transition of projects to BAU.
Undertake any other reasonable team duties.
Skills & Experience
For this particular role, we can only consider candidates that have BA experience gained in the London Broking Market.
Project qualifications e.g. Prince 2
Should have at least 3+ years’ experience of working within a relevant role.
Experience of full project life-cycle
Experience in Process Reengineering and System implementation
Experience in Stakeholder and Vendor Management
