We are excited to welcome Ethan Godlieb as our new Head of Cyber, Technology and Fintech within the Professional and Executive Risk Solutions team. He joins us from Aon, bringing nearly nine years of experience in commercial broking and deep specialist knowledge in cyber and data risks - working with everyone from ambitious mid-market businesses to major global firms.
Who is Ethan and what is he here to do?
A recent Young Broker of the Year winner at BIBA 2024, Ethan has already made a mark on the market – and not just for co-hosting this year’s BIBA Young Broker Day with confidence, charisma, and the small task of interviewing Anthony Joshua live on stage. In 2025, He was also Highly Commended by the London Market Forum for their Young Broker of the Year award, further cementing his rising-star status.
He also recently completed the CII New Generation Programme and was appointed to the Insurance Business UK cyber panel, fast becoming one of the most recognisable young voices in this space.
Ethan’s mission at Consilium? To help untangle the complexity of cyber and bridge those frustrating grey areas that still linger between cyber wordings and other lines of business such as Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers’, while leading the way on rate realignment and smart product innovation in a constantly changing risk environment.

We caught up with Ethan at BIBA
