With 20 years of insurance experience and 10 years of legal expertise, Nick’s sector experience lies in first and third party risks, covering locations worldwide. Away from work, Nick owns a Trullo - a traditional, cone-roofed, Italian dry stone building, and is working to improve his spoken Italian.

With 25 years of experience, Duncan’s sector experience lies in Financial Institutions, covering the UK, Ireland and various offshore jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Duncan calls London’s East End home and lives on the street Reggie Kray murdered Jack ‘The Hat’ McVitie in the 1960s.

With 40 years of experience behind him, Peter’s sector experience lies in Waste and Recycling, Combined Liability and Property, covering the UK and Ireland. In his spare time, Peter enjoys art and collects limited edition, signed prints.

As a Senior Associate for Consilium Broking, Hannah Westway joined the Aventum family on the search for a new challenge.
Having spent eight years as a Claims Administrator at The Underwriting Exchange, Hannah spent her first seven years in insurance, before this, at Professional Indemnity Broker, Prime Professions. There, she worked as a receptionist before joining the Claims team.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, her family and friends. She loves to spend time outdoors and one of her favourite places to be is on the Broads in Norfolk.
“I started working in insurance through my best friend’s mum, who was a director at Prime Professions. She was the only female member on the board of a very successful company and could always hold the room. She is my inspiration to this day.”

With 11 years of experience, David’s sector experience lies in Liability, covering locations worldwide. Away from work, David enjoys travelling and took a year out of work in 2023 to travel with his wife, visiting Asia, New Zealand, Canada and South America. David also enjoys playing football and cricket.

Claims Technician Apprentice Luke Nash joins Consilium eager to explore the complexities of the industry. Keen to gain experience within the claims sector, Luke’s work sees him covering locations across the UK and the United States. Now in the UK, Luke has previously lived in Canada and away from work is a big Chelsea fan.
