Proof That Culture Matters: Consilium Named a UK Best Workplace 2026

Mar 26

Building a business is one thing - but building somewhere people genuinely want to work is quite another. This year, Consilium has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2026 by Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year.

Placing 15th in the Large Company category, the impressive ranking was announced at the UK’s Best Workplaces Awards at Grosvenor House in London, following an independent assessment of workplace culture based largely on what employees themselves say about their experience working at Consilium.

Built by People, Not Policies

Culture at Consilium has never been about slogans or initiatives rolled out from the top. It has been built by the people in the business - how they work together, challenge ideas and support each other to grow.

Across the business, people are trusted to take ownership early on, share ideas openly and shape how the business evolves. That autonomy, paired with high expectations from day one, has helped create an environment where people develop quickly and feel connected to the bigger picture.

The UK’s Best Workplace list is compiled using confidential employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work. The process measures trust within organisations and how consistently employees experience factors like leadership credibility, respect, fairness and pride in their work.

Only companies achieving the highest scores across these measures are included on the final list.

Listening to the People Who Know Best

The recognition is particularly meaningful because it is based directly on what our people say about working here. Through anonymous surveys, team members shared their views on everything from leadership and collaboration to learning opportunities and how well the company supports their development. Results included:

  • 91% of people agree Consilium is a Great Place to Work

  • 94% of people are proud to tell others they work here

  • 91% of people feel they can be themselves here

Those insights are as valuable as the recognition itself - helping us to understand where we are doing well and where we can improve. As we continue to grow globally, maintaining a culture where people feel trusted, supported and challenged remains our priority.

Thank you to everyone across the business for making this such a Great Place to Work once again.
