Consilium is proud to welcome Toby Gorman as a Partner and Matt Taylor as an Associate Partner of our Delegated Risk Solutions division. These appointments bring additional specialist North American and Canadian expertise into Consilium’s Delegated Risk Solutions division, bolstering the team. With both new appointments come strong connections in Lloyds and other markets, in addition to strong relationships in the MGA and cover holder space.
Meet Toby
Toby Gorman has more than 25 years of experience in the delegated authority business and joins the Aventum family from Arrow Risk Management. There, he was Underwriting Practice Leader for Property Binders. Toby also spent three years as the Unit Head for Axis Capital, leading a team of underwriters for North America delegated binding authority business. Before that, he spent 19 years at Novae as Unit Head, leading its US and Canada delegated authority business.
Meet Matt
Matt Taylor brings 26 years of experience as a broker to the Group. Joining from Chesterfield Group, where he was a broker for seven years, Matt also spent 14 years as a broker with Corrie Bauckham Batts.
