Matt Gould is an Associate Partner in our Energy Risk Solutions division. Matt heads up the international casualty team, focusing on Canadian and Australian General Liability risks.
He joined the group in early 2023 from Zeus Brokers where he spent 4 years placing international General Liability business into the market.
After graduating from Liverpool University in 2012 with a BSc degree, Matt went on to study law and complete his Legal Practice Course at Chester Law School before joining TMK’s claims division in 2016.
When he isn’t working for Consilium, Matt can be found at his golf club playing extremely badly.
Tom Taylor is an Associate in the Energy Risk Solutions division. Before joining the Consilium he worked as an Assistant Underwriter at CFC.
Wanting to join the business attracted by the constant growth of the company, Tom liked that Consilium appeared fast-paced from the outset and was confident it would provide a highly motivating place to work.
Outside of the office, Tom enjoys playing golf and watching West Ham play football.

As part of the Energy Risk Solutions team, Samantha Odell joins Consilium as an Associate. A New York licensed Property broker, Samantha is stepping into the world of insurance for the first time, covering locations globally. Growing up, Samantha spent a large part of her childhood in the Bahamas and is a resident there.
