As Managing Partner, Simon Richardson’s specialist class is Property. With over 20 years of experience, Simon’s sector experience lists in North American Property, with an extensive client base across the US, as well as the UK, SA and Middle East. Simon grew up in Yorkshire before moving to Miami, FL for high school, and then Nova Scotia, Canada for University. He currently resides in Southwest London with his wife Caitlin, and their 4 young children.

As Cedant Facultative Risk Solutions Managing Partner, Ross Beeden joins the Group following positions at JLT Fac and setting up Besso Re. Away from work, Ross enjoys exercising, socialising, watching sport and playing golf, but most of his time is taken up with family life.

With 19 years of experience, Rob’s sector expertise lies in Property, Power, Energy and Construction covering locations across the Asia Pacific region. Away from work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and travelling.
