Simon grew up in Yorkshire before moving to Miami, FL for high school, and then Nova Scotia, Canada for University. He currently resides in Southwest London with his wife Caitlin, and their 4 young children.

With almost a decade of experience, Jake’s sector experience lies in all types of Property, ranging from Commercial Property and Manufacturing to Power, covering international locations - mainly across South Africa and the United States. As a keen rugby player, Jake plays for Sudbury and Lloyd’s RFC. Jake also enjoys boxing as a national semi-finalist with 60 fights behind him.
