Born in Yorkshire and a Bradford City fan with four young children, Simon attended high school in Miami before moving to Nova Scotia for university. 

As Cedant Facultative Risk Solutions Managing Partner, Ross Beeden joins the Group following positions at JLT Fac and Besso Re. Away from work, Ross enjoys exercising, socialising, watching sport and playing golf, but most of his time is taken up with family life.

As a Cedant Facultative Risk Solutions Partner, Andrew Coleman is a Property specialist. With 20 years of experience, Andrew’s sector experience lies in Commercial Property, Power, Offshore Energy and Mining, covering the UK, Africa, North America and LatAm. Away from work, Andrew is a Manchester United supporter with a London accent.

As Associate Partner, Jake Sumner’s specialist class is Property. With almost a decade of experience, Jake’s sector experience lies in all types of Property, ranging from Commercial Property and Manufacturing to Power, covering international locations - mainly across South Africa and the United States. As a keen rugby player, Jake plays for Sudbury and Lloyd’s RFC. Jake also enjoys boxing as a national semi-finalist with 60 fights behind him.

As Associate Partner, Gary Morton’s specialist class is Property. With an impressive 36 years of experience, Gary’s sector experience lies in Marine and Energy Treaty, Property Fac and Binding Authorities, covering locations across the UK, United States, South Africa and Europe. Away from work, Gary enjoys keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.
