Solomon Archer-Scott is a Partner at Consilium.

Solomon joined Consilium in June 2021, with three years’ experience as an account handler in the London market, working for Citynet and Miles Smith.

Outside of work, Solomon is originally from Cornwall and enjoys surfing, although living in London has made this more difficult. He likes travelling to the coast at weekends when he can.

Marc Rapley is a Associate Partner at Consilium. He deals with all business classes and sectors, but in particular waste and recycling and high risk contractors from a property and casualty perspective.

He joined the group in November 2018 and has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry. After starting out working for an underwriting agency, over the last 10 years he has worked for various Lloyd’s brokers.

As an avid football fan, Marc spends much of his spare time following Chelsea FC across the country. Outside of football, Marc’s other main interest is music and he has been playing the guitar since the age of nine.

As Senior Partner, Jack Anderson’s specialist class is Property. With ten years of experience, Jack’s sector experience lies in Mixed Real Estate Programs and Municipality Programs including Schools, Hotels, Industrial, Food, Agriculture and Residential, covering locations across the globe. As father to four children and a one year old bulldog, Jack is a big Newcastle United fan.

As Senior Partner within the Energy Risk Solutions team, James Williams’ specialist class is Property. With 24 years of experience, James’ sector experience lies in Energy, Power and Mining, covering locations internationally. If James wasn’t in insurance, he would be an archaeologist.
